Vintage, Singer Smart Fashion Stitches Booklet- More GOODIES

I got another vintage brochure scanned and ready to share!  This one dates to 1952, and shows how  to make 9 different decorative sewing stitches using a vintage, straight stitch Singer (I'm sure many other machines would work for these techniques as well).

"New high-style stitches without attachments. Smart decorative touches that will impart individuality and style to any garment. Here's the cleverest collect of fashion stitches you have ever seen..."

Click on the photos below to open a PDF of the booklet.  To keep the file from being huge, I broke it down into part 1 and part 2.

Part 1

Part 2

ENJOY!  I'd love to see any project or test pieces that anyone does using these techniques.  So let me know if you get a chance to try them out or if you've already done some of them.

Thanks again Jenny for this wonderful nostalgia. Both links tie to the same PDF though.
