I picked up this Babylock Denim Pro (BL-16) at an estate sale today. I've heard the story before, "She never used it..." But this time, it's true! The twisty tie around the cords was never undone, and the tissue paper from the original packaging was still under the presser foot. All the accessories are right there in the original baggie too! Usually, this isn't the type of machine I encounter at estate sales, especially since the fellow in charge of the estate sale told me to bring a helper to load the machine into my car. Umm...I didn't even eat my Wheaties and it was no problem carrying it down to my car and loading it all by myself! LOL! Look for it on the Sew-Classic site soon. Sometimes machines that aren't used much benefit from a quick servicing, just to make certain everything is dust-free and properly lubricated. I will also be testing it as I do with all of the Sew-Classic machines. It's going to be a deal that's hard to pass up. Someone will get a machine with a MSRP of $399 for close to 75% off! |
